This script allows you to change certain features on some of our models with a press of a button, with unique animations for each.

You are also able to place all of our Products into this resource (instead of your usual eup-stream) within it's stream folder, and it will work as your clothing resource.

I play quite a bit of single player myself and rarely drop money on assets but this vest is just beautiful. The customizability is vast and allows for many outfits and agencies to be created. Dare I say worth the price!

I bought this pack and the LSPD pack and I just want to say I got my moneys worth. These uniforms look really good and it took me a while but I figured how to put these uniforms on the other cops with the ultimate backup plugin.

I know it sounds ridiculous, since it is a PHASER, but I remember my MXR Script Phase 90 not making my sound 'hollow' at certain points in the frequency sweep. If anything, it gave some sort of boost and fattened up my sound. I don't have it anymore to compare though.

I initially had both phasers before the amp block, but I put both of them after and that has been a definite improvement. Still a little thin on the 'Script Mod Phase', but it does sound better. The legacy Script Phase is much, much fatter sounding. Also, I don't have a separate amp and cab block in this patch, so the phasers are also after the cabinet.

Ive been telling this very same thing to all of the users but nobody seemed to care considering Im nobody in the music scene. Hahaha. I believe that Phasers are the biggest flaw and source of major dissapointment in the Helix as of nowadays. Ever since the introduction of the Legacy models there has been an improvement... nonetheless I still believe that theres no real HX Phaser yet... I wont even mention the quality of the "un"Deluxe Phaser... Id love to see a Roland Jet Phaser or an EHX Small Stone modeled... Or maybe just fix the Deluxe Phaser to sound better... The Panned Phaser is my go to Phaser... And the Legacy Phaser has to be set at least in the 12 Stage mode to get a nice warm psychodelic vibe... I still have my Boss PH3... And Im definitely keeping it for good... Takes me away to that special place... Dont care what everyone says about it being "artificial", "over the top" or plain unusable "sh*t".

Same observations here. I was looking for a phaser on bass. Tried the script mod phase, then the legacy one, and immediately discarded the script mod, which did indeed thin the tone to unacceptable levels.

The weird thing though, is I remember seeing a video a while back (can't remember by who) where the Helix version of the mxr90 was compared to the real thing, and I couldn't hear a difference between the model and the real. So it may be that that's how it's supposed to be. But there is definitely something different about the legacy version. It's more prominent, and at the same time not unpleasing to the ears, unlike the Helix version.

What I'm hearing with the legacy version is virtually no phase cancellation / hollowing out. Like I'm getting a nice swirly phaser effect, but for the most part my signal isn't bottoming out into thin city. If anything, there's some nice volume / mid bump going on with it, which is definitely apart of the sound of the real thing. It fattens up.

With the newer Script Mod Phase, the sound really thins out at a certain part of the sweep and there's somewhat of an unpleasant high end spike. I've added eq after it to tame highs . . . but I don't really remember having to tame any highs with the real deal. Even if I turn the mix to zero on the newer Helix model, there's a very noticeable difference in my guitar tone when I toggle bypass. When it's on with mix at 0, my tone is definitely 'shrinking' / 'thinning' out. It's not too bad, but it's enough for me to write off that model for now.

One thing that I have found when using one is that you shold tip off the loaded brush on your paper towel or tissue or you get a big blob when you forst start out. Then the loaded brush will make a very long thin line accordint to the pressure that you use.

I believe Ottersong is correct. Here is a picture of various specialty brushes (copyright Handprint). You can see the shorter liners (2nd) and the longer riggers. The 5th brush from the top is a rigger. I have a quite inexpensive but terrific rigger I bought at CheapJoes. It is synthetic and holds sufficient paint and is quite easy to work with.

Any C&C I may make is based on the theory that even the act of disagreeing with one of my lousy suggestions may still spark an inspired idea.

A rigger is designed for painting ships rigging, there is a video with zbukvic and castagnet explaining it, showing it used for trolley street car cables over the road. Big swooshing movement with the whole arm. ( watch this video, a little after the 20 minute mark -zbukvic-alvaro-castagnet-and-herman-pekel-paints-together )

My favorite is the large escoda versatil rigger, its like a very long #10 brush, the smaller one is actually thin like you expect most riggers to be, this is more like they took a #10 and just made it really long.

A dagger is a brush made for sign painting, it is shaped like a dagger or a sword, unlike the rigger its angled, if you go to a signage supply store ( like mclogan supply ), they sell daggers made of squirrel, very cheap too, brand name of mack. These are really long, like a rigger.

( random website I just googled has examples and info -pin-stripe-brush-by-mack )

Priscilla:

Hello everyone and welcome back to the Official BNI Podcast, brought to you by NetworkingNow.com, which is the leading site on the net for networking downloadables. I am Priscilla Rice, and I am coming to you from Live Oak Recording Studio in Berkeley, California. I am joined on the phone today by the Founder and the Chief Visionary Officer of BNI, Dr. Ivan Misner. Hello, Ivan. How are you and where are you?

David was also my coauthor for Networking Like a Pro. David and I are actually here in Austin working on the second edition of Networking Like a Pro. You have a great concept today, David, called a thin line. People/ are going to be wondering what does that mean? I had to ask what does that mean? So share with us this concept. I think it is perfect for BNI networks.

David:

So the thin line- take a moment if you are listening. maybe not if you are driving, and close your eyes and think about a time in your life when you had a breakthrough and you went maybe from ordinary to extraordinary. Something happened that was just a remarkable period or a remarkable point in your life.

While you are kind of thinking that through, I will share a story with you that happened to me about two years ago. I am trying to think of my age. I was 44 years old, which is kind of relevant in this story. I am a triathlete, and I am a pretty competitive triathlete, actually, and two years ago, I was kind of at the height of my game. I had really been training hard and really had the fundamentals of the sport down, and I was going to a race with a bunch of friends.

One of my friends was a 28 year old who was also at the top of his game and very, very competitive. All of my friend including this guy were really razzing me about how bad he was going to beat me during this race.

We started the race and we were together when we started and once again, they all sort of reminded me how badly i was going to get beat by this 28 year old who was with us. During that race, I am not even sure what happened, but I developed a focus that I probably never had in a race before.

So sometimes that is kind of the thin line, right? And the power behind that story is not necessarily the fact that I beat him but the fact that it changed my perception, really. It changed my sport. It changed me in many ways.

211 degrees to 212 degrees farenheit. 212 degrees is boiling. When we were able to boil wter, the steam engine engine and industrialized society began. One little degree is the difference between an agricultural society and an industrial society. I think in a awya, that is kind of what you are talking about. With that think line, once you break through, incredible things can happen.

David:

Well, you there is a lot that goes into it, right? And I agree with you on the 212, 211 degree story. Oftentimes, it is just that one degree. It is just that thin line. But the fact is, and I think sometimes we forget this, you have to do the work to get to that thin line. There is not a shortcut.
