dsift and fast_dsift not importing

Hi all,

Any idea what could be causing this?

   from menpo.feature import fast_dsift, ndfeature
ImportError: cannot import name fast_dsift

Got it while trying to follow the PainfulFace Ipython notebook:

How did you install menpo? This error comes from not having cyvlfeat installed.
