all ages apparently

now another one - person with "issues with her phone" - maybe calling
911 incessantly

last night they had a guy at whole foods huffing - he had like 50
prior arrests - 45yo

they had one the other night with a guy calling 911 constantly and
screaming at the dispatchers

cops are getting complacent - just sending 1 cop to some of these calls
