Help with Saturday and Registration FULL

Dear Young Women leaders,

Thank you all for the support we've received so far for Youth Conference which begins on Friday. We are still in need of some help with drivers/wingmen for the Saturday SF Journey. We need a half dozen or so adults who will be fun with the kids and are up for a full day commitment (9:00AM to 6:00PM). If you aren't already signed up to help, but think you can, please let us know ASAP. When you are in the service of your fellow being...

Everything else is coming together very well. Youth enthusiasm is high... in fact, so high that we're at capacity. We are no longer permitting sign-ups from the web-site. Pre-registration is required. We can handle more on Friday night (7:00 - 9:00), and Saturday night at the party (6:00 - 10:00pm), but we can't add more to the SF Journey activity in the city. If a youth in your ward missed their opportunity to register, please let us know directly and we'll try to accommodate, but without more large vehicles and drivers, we are constrained.

So, if you are asked about kids bringing friends, please know that registration is full and unfortunately we cannot have Saturday morning 'walk-ins'.

Also, Bishoprics... please be sure your Youth Sunday School teachers are aware that next week there will be no youth in their class. They will all be with us in the Annex from 9:30 to 11:30AM for services.

Thank you. And again, please help with driving/chaperoning on Saturday if you can. You'll only have responsibility for 5 or so kids, and it will be a lot of fun.
