Regional Youth Dance in Santa Cruz

Hello ward leaders,

There is a dance in Santa Cruz THIS SATURDAY!  It has been on the dance card, so it shouldn't be a huge surprise.

It looks like it could be fun - it's on the beach and dinner will be included. 

Any adult who will be taking a carload of youth, please plan on staying to help with chaperoning, as they need extra adults given the location.

Hello!  It's almost time for the regional youth dance in Santa Cruz and we are so excited to see all of you again!  Here is the flyer that you can print out and share with your youth.  I'm attaching it as a PDF and I'm also including some digital files that can be shared on social media if you and/or your youth would like to invite others to come.

You will notice in the printable flyer that at the bottom it is requesting at least 4 chaperones from each stake.  If you have more than 4 drivers coming we would really appreciate it if they would hang out, enjoy the atmosphere and help keep our youth safe.  We have wristbands that each youth will be given as they enter the dance so we have a better idea which youth are at the dance and those who may just be at the beach.  With so many youth and such an open area the more help we have the better it will be for all involved, so please encourage your drivers to come and spend the evening with us too.  Lastly, if you know any of your youth that are coming that are special needs, we ask that you provide a chaperone specifically for that youth.
