Errores en rgdb.php

Hola, estoy instalando la versión version4.r3651 de meneame y me después de dejar los errores en E_STRICT no consigo solucionar los errores que pongo a continuación.

Está instalado en Windows sobre Xampp 1.8.3 que incluye php 5.5.1, apache 2.4.4 y mysql 5.6.11.

Invoco la aplicación con localhost/www y he definido el fichero localhost-local.php con los parámetros de conexión a bdd.
