Rail car and Insulator Plate hardware

Hi,

Can someone detail the parts needed to mount the rail car to the insulator plate, and the 4 corner pieces to the insulator plate?

My kit was missing the Y Axis Mounting Kit, which Mike had shipped to me VERY quickly (Thanks!). Now that I have the Y-Axis extrusion and rail mounted in the frame, I realize the parts for the next step appear to be absent from my kit. 

I do not have any M6 hardware, plastic corners, or M5x16mm. I also do not have M3 Nylocs. 

I do have some of the other hardware, but it appears I would be stealing it from a later part of the build. For example the required M5 nuts are in the Lead Nut Adapter bag (just 4 of them). I do have a bag of M5 thin nuts.

Is there another parts bag for mounting the rail car and plastic corners? And where are the plastic corners, in a parts bag?

I did not receive a Y-Axis Belt Clamp in my kit. Is it available on Thingiverse? I am also looking for the bed corners.

Is there a dxf or drawing of the insulator plate? I want to get the sizing and placement for the glass edge pieces.
