quick question about the Lower Shaft Mount on Mendelmax 2.0

So today I started assembling my Mendelmax 2.0. I just have a quick question about the Lower Shaft Mount and attaching it to the Z base plate. 

I am building the 3D printer from scratch, buying all individual parts screw by screw and nut by nut :) So I bought the laser cut parts from a shop in Spain and since they are not original I want to ask the following: Are the small holes on the Z base plate (G) threaded or not? Am I supposed to screw the M3 screws directly into the laser cut part?
