MM2 to MM3 upgrade kit - complete BOM?

Hi,

Sorry if it's already on here somewhere, but I've currently got a MM2 and I'm looking to upgrade to the MM3.

I was looking for a complete bill of materials of the upgrade kit as I already have some components from an old project that I, if possible, plan to use in the upgrade.

It's just that I live in Aus, and the exchange rate ain't the greatest hahah so would like to minimise spending if possible.
