Hi All :)

Short story: I thought I'd give the repetier firmware a quick try but got totally confused with all the configurations so I went back to the marlin firmware. Now I'm back, when I try to connect I get this error:

Connecting...
start
Printer is now online.
echo:Marlin: 1.0.0 RC2
echo:Configuration.h: 2012-02-25 start
echo:Marlin: 1.0.0 RC2
echo:Configuration.h: 2012-02-25 | Author: erik
echo:Free Memory:13081 PlannerBufferBytes:1168
echo:Using Default settings:
Error: Extruder switched off. MAXTEMP triggered !
Error:Printer halted. kill() called !!

I've checked my 100k thermistor with a voltage meter which seems to be getting around 7v right up to the point where it says the error and then it cuts off.

I've also tried swapping my extruder thermistor with my heat bed thermistor as they are essentially the same thing and still I get the same error. All this leads me to think I've blown something on the board at some point?!

Can anyone help me :(

Many many thanks in advance :)

I just re-uploaded the repetier firmware and strangely I'm getting normal readings from the thermistors and all seems to be working perfectly?!

Could it be anything to do with the EEPROM settings being corrupted after swapping firmwares around? If so how can I reset it?
