A CALL FOR PROMPT ADVOCACY AND POLICY INSTITUTION FOR DIPLOMATIC FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND TRANSPARENCY IN INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS, FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND NON-PARTISAN INTEREST PROTECTION OF GOVERNMENTS OVERSEAS.

 

 

The Case of Cameroon’S diplomatic corps being involved in the mis-appropriation of public funds to the tune of half a million USD  transactions calls for serious questions, investigations, and policy reforms of diplomatic corps and the handling of National Finances of Third World Countries in the United States of America and other G8 countries.   Public Servants worldwide are expected to toe the line with business and focus on engagements toward serving the people they represent.

 

If money from Oil and commodity proceeds are kept in the U.S and used with little or no accountability, especially from third world countries, it makes the notion of Statehood ridiculous and irrelevant.   The time has maybe come for the United Nations and Multi-lateral partners to scrupulously monitor the bank accounts of all international representatives and especially question any massive cash withdrawals oversees.   Engagements in huge  businesses for Governmental and inter-governmental officials makes curbing corruption between nations and within the UN very complicated.

 

It bothers one and all, to hear that a diplomat for example, collected monies destined for a nation and gave someone on the streets to go burn down a business in another state or that official state money was given to some small company to stage strategic attacks against the name or products of another company.

Democracy is spreading round the world; the global economy is becoming more and more interwoven.  By letting Governmental Agents in third World countries run heavy-cash-flow businesses and governments at the same time is a gateway for massive global political and economic corruption the world has never seen.

 

We find, cases of countries where 70% or more of children do not have a good bench to sit on and study at elementary school levels, yet wherefrom Government Agents squander millions of USD like chicken change.   Not just for the sake of self-development and enrichment but to the extent of opening private businesses and extending their arms to use such funds to attack persons/businesses of persons in opposition parties and alliance to home countries. 

 

We hear rumors of countries that have set aside one million to two million dollars per annum for special external security operations to annihilate the formation and growth of external political resistance to adamant dictatorships.   Not only are these governments destroying the life of citizens at home,  they are destroying foreign countries where money laundry and corruption undermines the growth and progress of targeted foreign citizens who could immensely help create jobs both overseas and for the home country.   Democratic and capitalistic freedom with ungirded evils needs to be promptly brought under international control.

 

An eminent case in point is a small business owner with a merchandize of  $300,000 investment who gets attacked from a half million dollars funds by foreign governments through dumping and electrocution networks within an entire industry, creating terrible imbalances.   The fund ends up spending $1.5million dollars through tips and bribes just in order to purchase items worth $300k to destroy the growth of a strong foreign citizen.   300k is spent to purchase and destroy items from the internet through proxy businesses, using spy agency of other governments paid huge sums of money.  The total cost may amount to $3million dollars for die-hard dictators from third world nations to perpetuate their imposed rulership/authority.   Such expenditure goes a long way to negatively affect positive economic growth within the developed nation and undermines the future of better growing economies to emerge and do greater future business either with  more industrialized nations or other bilateral partners.

 

Mankind has come to the political and economic crossroad whereat we must as a People of the universe with free economic and political rights, guide against the influx of foreign dictatorial influences within the democratic societies.   Upon this note, I will be calling on the United Nations and bilateral and multi-lateral institutions worldwide, that in the era of Heartbeat Civilization, we all garner our resources and spirits to demand greater transparency, accountability and monitoring of the flow of financial resources of emerging democracies into the developed world.   Monitoring the expatriation of trades/export cash is critical toward reducing the amount needed for foreign aid in diversified forms and the different international U.N agencies.  Such reporting should include a clear flow of Oil and commodities revenues from the United States and Europe to third world nations, with a clear percentage of reserves with the IMF and world Bank being made publicly to citizens and governments.

Citizens of third world nations by U.N policy ratification should be given a right to the disclosure of all financial transactions overseas of their respective mother nations.   This will help buffer true democracy both in the developed and underdeveloped nations.  Mankind will come to see peace on earth.   With the rapid expansion of mobile and remote technologies, satellite and communication technologies it becomes very very dangerous for  foreign nations’ leaders/agents handling huge cash amounts to engage in underground businesses in the developed world.   Strong men who have crushed citizens of their nations like ants at home could easily infiltrate foreign lands and  completely influence the political and economic balance overseas.   It is an urgent call for all intellectuals and educated citizens of all nations to promptly push the U.N. and the United States of America to very promptly work toward the creation of a comprehensive institutional framework between banks, private sector, and the United Nations toward less corrosive and less human rights abusive international financial flows and handling.

More importantly, the protection of political parties and partisan interest of representative government overseas should be completely abolished.  Diplomats and their aides must act in the best interest of all citizens of the nations they represent as a nation above any sectional/fractional interests.

 

I call on all citizens of the World and Friends of the U.N. to most urgently within this great and terrible technological and economic-integrated civilization stand up work on this advocacy for mankind.

This message is intended for all World citizens and Leaders at all levels to act upon.

Positive and rich ingredients for a global financial and non-destructive economic/political-interest system that preserves and safeguards the life and businesses or interests in foreign lands by foreign political interest representatives is highly  welcome.
