Saturday and/or Sunday 12th &13th April 2014

Get out of your mind and into your body.

Some people who have participated in previous workshops have asked us to do a two day workshop. So I want to ask how many people can make it to both Saturday and Sunday 12th & 13th April. If you want to come and can only do one day, please let me know which day you prefer. Please let me know as soon as you can, then we will decide if we do both days or just the one where most people can come.

I propose that if we do both days, we start on Saturday at 2 pm and go on into the evening until 10 pm. Those who would like to can stay the night in the Ströme. Then we would start on Sunday at 11.30 am and finish at 7 pm.

Doing two days would enable us to go more deeply into trance work - we could do a Holotropic Breathwork session, guided fantasy, more contact improvisation and massage.

The cost of the workshop will depend on the number of participants - the more people, the less it will cost, but minimum 30 € per day and max. 45 € per day.
