Request for Expression of Interest for the Development of A Hybrid Enterprise Knowledge Management System.

The African Centre for Leadership, Strategy & Development (Centre LSD) is a leading national NGO and think tank in Nigeria registered to build strategic leadership for sustainable development in Africa. The Centre’s mission is to work with forces of positive change to empower citizens to transform society (see https://centrelsd.org). The Centre carries out its programmes through research, capacity building, advocacy and campaigns built on the principles of catalytic partnership and rights-based approach. Youth, Women’s rights and disability issues are mainstreamed in our programming.

In line with our ongoing efforts to modernize and streamline our operations, Centre LSD is seeking the expertise of IT professionals to develop a hybrid enterprise knowledge management system. This system will serve as a comprehensive solution for various organizational functions, including:

1. Management Information System (MIS) for efficient organizational management.
2. Repository for monitoring, evaluation, and learning data to enhance program effectiveness.
3. Centralized file storage to facilitate seamless access to organizational documents.
4. Reporting dashboard to provide real-time insights and analytics for informed decision-making.

The scope of the contract will entail either the development of a custom solution tailored to our specific needs or the deployment of a suitable retail software solution. Additionally, the successful vendor will be responsible for the deployment of both onsite and virtual servers, as well as the onboarding of Centre LSD's resources onto the server. Furthermore, capacity building sessions will be conducted to ensure our staff are proficient in utilizing the new system effectively.

Interested vendors are invited to submit the following documents for consideration:

1. Proof of similar work demonstrating relevant experience in developing enterprise knowledge management systems with reporting dashboards.
2. A low fidelity prototype or wireframe of the proposed solution outlining its key features and functionalities.
3. Detailed cost estimates for the project, including all relevant expenses.
