MoE as a team and other stuff

Hi,guys!
It's been awhile since I have contacted you...I have been busy and
overwhelmed with family life.I have also been struggling with a
decision about whether to remain leading MoE.I'm still struggling
with it.One day I will wake up and know I want to step down,then
another,I will feel energized and want to do things in a bigger way.
I guess the struggle comes from being very much overextended in my
family life and dealing with some health issues as well.I have not
officially resigned because I can't seem to bring myself to do it,it
would be like abandoning your child.
Since I have sort of stepped back recently,a few members have stepped
up to cover the slack...THANK YOU !!! This has been a great help for
me and for MoE.
This is exactly how I have wanted MoE to work though.MoE is a team and
working as a team helps us all.
What I have decide is that I can not do it all and will need to rely
on the MoE members to help me make MoE work as a team.No one person
should do all the work for a team,not even it's leader!
So,that said,all who can,will or want to,please contact me with how
and when you can help our team.I want to delegate things and make
those areas official for others to handle.I still would like to be
overall leader,but I really want a leadership team and not a monarchy.
On to other stuff...
fellas...the girls have trumped us...their calendar is out and ready
to fly out of shops...the seller who printed theirs is interested in
doing one for us too...gotta say it came out awesome!

I need feedback...do we wanna try and do one too? We don't have much
time if we wanna get one done for the new year!
AND...we do need to decide on whether to change the team name or to
just wait Etsy out on the whole "permission" thing for the use of the
Etsy name.
Our ability to design a new banner and biz cards or any promo stuff
depends on this.
I will contact Etsy again to see where it all stands.
I will be having surgery(minor) on Tuesday and will be unavailable for
the rest of that week,but,! want to take all of this back up the
following week and get things ironed out.
Thanks again for your help and patience...I hope we can create a
