Enhanced librosco memsreader and emulator and serial comms in Python

Please see my Git repo for an enhanced version of memsreader that supports the same output as MemsGauge.

This version also allows you to put  settings into a readmems.cfg file and create a logfile whilst viewing output in the terminal.
