memprof available in Raspbian and MacPorts

memprof has been part of the MacPorts project [1] for some time already.
It means that, if you use Mac OS X and have MacPorts installed, you can
install memprof (and all its dependencies) just by doing:

sudo port install py-memprof

It is also available in Raspbian (a Debian based operating system
optimised for the Raspberry Pi hardware) [2]:

sudo apt-get install python-memprof
