We are seeking an accomplished enterprise UX design
consultant with broad based UX/UI expertise. Could this be the right career

WILL DO…
The UX Consultant will be tasked with working with several different business
users to elicit, create, and analyze requirements for the mobile UI for an
enterprise mobile initiative. This role requires expertise with user experience
design in a mobile computing environment. Experience gathering and creating
requirements for User experience (UX) design is a must for this position. The
candidate must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable
functioning in a dynamic team environment. Experience working with Agile
development efforts is a plus. The position would be playing the product
manager role in the agile development team.
REQUIRES…
• 5+ years’ experience as a UX or Interaction designer, with a strong
concentration in creating mobile experiences for different operating systems
• Previous experience working with Agile teams (preferred, but not essential)
• May not be the best visual designer in the world, but are able to solve
interaction challenges quickly and thoughtfully in a fast-paced collaborative
environment
• Represents the voice of the user, but also understands the needs of the
business and has a good understanding of technology, so you can help define
realistic solutions
• Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of team members with very
different personalities
• Understands there is no one way to do things: to create whatever
documentation your team feels they need in order to communicate interaction
models: that may be hand sketches on post-it notes, or Visio diagrams, or an
Excel spreadsheet of business rules
• Knowledge to organize and facilitate small, rapid, user testing sessions, and
you are comfortable going off-site to interview users when necessary
• Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card permanent resident
