Dear Omprem:

You were banned from the MFA Google Site for the following reasons:

1).  Threatening someone’s job for their religious or non-religious stance.

2).  Repeated personal attacks on various discussion members.

3).  Violations of the “Terms of Service” for the Google Sites.   (see #5 (Content) and #6
(Appropriate Conduct) at
http://groups.google.com/intl/en/googlegroups/terms_of_service3.html

4). Unanimous vote to ban you from other discussion members who voted.

5). Unanimous vote to ban you from the MFA Board members who voted.

I, personally, enjoyed many of your posts except for the parts with the personal attacks such as name calling, threats, and so forth.  Plus, I did not enjoy the ad hominem attacks of others against you of which members were informed.

Good luck with your other endeavors!

Take care,

Jason Grosser

Jason, I don't recall any ad hominem attacks against Omprem. He
certainly received some well deserved insults, remarkably few in my
opinion, but I don't think anybody used these in the form of an
argument so I don't think they really met the definition of ad hominem
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ad_hominem), or am I missing
something?

MemphisBill,

I could be wrong. However, some of the statements about Omprem were
directed at him (or so it seemed) and not at his arguments in order to
invalidate whatever he wrote...just my opinion. Note that he may have
deserved (or at least provoked) it considering his repeated attacks on
others.

Hello Mr White

I have today made two phone calls. One to the superintendent of the
Memphis City Schools Board and one to the superintendent at Shelby
County Schools Board. Both were receptive. Your reign of (t)error is
coming to an end. Enjoy the next few days while they track down your
co-ordinates because life is about to get very interesting for you.

Have a nice day.

Omprem"

I laugh in his general direction. However, I'm not sure how to ban
people from e-mailing me. Tips?

Oh, believe me, I will.

If there is an "Al White" at Shelby County schools, he shouldn't worry
too much. When something like this happens, they'll get a couple of
administrators and the superintendent to have a meeting with him, get
his side of the story, and when it turns out this Al White isn't an
atheist, well, something tells me they'll value the word of their
employee over that of a canadian stalker from hell.

Jason,

Did you ban the those who persistently used ad homs against me? You do
not have to answer because the answer is NO.

What OZ admitted doing is against the law and a serious breach of
trust. If that is okay with you then you have serious rethinking to
do. By the way, I made two phone calls today: one to the
superintendent of the Memphis City Schools board and the other to the
superintendent of the Shelby County Schools board. Both were
interested to hear of OZ's promoting atheism in the classroom. I hope
he enjoys the next few days while they zero in his co-ordinates
because his life is about to get very interesting.

OZ,

If a real person is potentially going to get in trouble (or
inconvenienced) over this situation, is there a way to make sure that
the real Al White does not get fired or receive any disciplinary
action for a mistaken identity?

Yes. For one, this Al White isn't employed by the Memphis School
Districts or any school district this semester. If there is another
Al White in the Memphis School Districts, I do not know him, though
the odds are statistically significant for his existence. Frankly
though if the administrations there pay any attention to what Omprem's
saying, they'll quickly realize my ugly mug doesn't match his. School
Administrations have procedures for handling misconduct specifically
to avoid cases of mistaken identity like this.

Net terrorism is a pretty good term for what Omprem is trying to do.
Is there any doubt then about religionists and their actions?
