Complete Astrophotography/ Binocular Tripod Package for $1046
Please note price breakdown is for reference only- sold only as complete package

Canon T3i, 18-55mm kit lens with lens hood, 2 batteries and charger: $299

Astrotrac TT320X-AG, polar scope, guide cable: $369

410 geared head with ballhead: $179

Garrett Series 5000 Tripod and panhead: $199

For most of the items I have the original packaging. If you drive to dark sites or are lazy like me and like to be able to just walk outside, tripod and camera in hand, and start imaging, then this is for you. There are advantages and disadvantages to this set up and I will be happy to discuss both in detail with anyone interested. Depending on your needs the polar scope for the Astrotrac may need to be replaced. It has been dropped a couple times, has some debris inside- but still works! I never do drift aligning or image beyond 200mm, so for me the polar scope was accurate enough.
The T3i includes a 64GB Sandisk running Magic Lantern, so you won't need to worry about an intervalometer.
Finally, the tripod and panhead can be used as a binocular or small telescope mount.
I am selling simply because I have more gear than I use and I have other equipment that can function similarly.

Price is firm and already reflects wear and tear. If anyone is really interested I can bring it out at the next observing session

I have the Garrett tripod with panhead and Manfrotto 410 geared head left- if any one is interested I'll take $150 each. If you'd like to look I can bring out Saturday night at observing session.
