Qakbot Worm

Has anyone else been fighting with the new variants of this Qakbot worm that apparently began making its way around early last week?  My company has been working closely with Symantec support since Tuesday but with hundreds of workstations and servers infected; the cleanup process has been miserable at best.  I just thought I'd see if anyone had any experience with it and maybe had decent suggestions for widespread cleanup.
