Want to do a Code Review for a client?

Hi All,

I had someone contact me looking for a PHP developer to do a review of some code he had created. Here is what he sent me about the project:

Its music website coded in PHP, using Ajax, MySQL, Code igniter framework.

Since I hired these developers from freelance.com I didn't know much about them. I am a Fedex pilot, coding is not my area of expertise.

Programmers seem fine but I'm getting an uneasy feeling because I am not being presented with the software in a timely fashion. Build was started in Oct. it's a big project and I've asked for all the zip files. I need someone to review code and give me an evaluation based upon what I've spent compared to what's been provided.

I also want opinions as to whether this is good, poor or fair coding.
