Thought I'd through this out there. I don't have the php skills to code a project (I just dabble here and there with php). I have a project that I would really love to get up and going. Would anyone here be interested in partnering together to work on this project?
The Project
Is a web app to manage a home health agency (of sorts). I've searched and can find no such beast that is open source. The program would manage clients, various services that they are authorized for, the employee that would provide that service to the client (there could be multiple services and multiple employees to a client). The program would allow setting up a schedule weekly for a client, allow the employee or client to reschedule the appointment, allow the employee to "check-in" via a mobile friendly webpage which would log the date/time and gps and then "check-out" which would log the date/time and gps. The system would monitor schedules and if an employee doesn't check-in to a service within a set amount of time then an alert would be sent to a predefined person via text/email, if after another set amount of time the employee hasn't checked-in then another alert is sent to a predefined person via text/email, etc.
Shoudl have a client portal, employee portal, and admin portal that would allow various actions/views.
