What specific features needed: Fairly simple client portal to send out an email with link and embedded code and then to be able to view a report that gets generated from data input by client’s client (report is other person I may need).

The data the client’s client inputs needs to be aggregated into a report. The report developer needs to be familiar with complex mysql queries, php, pdf and excel generation
