Memories not working

I downloaded this app a week or two ago and it worked at first, but now I can't get emotion data for any memories at all! It says fetching analysis but never goes further than that. However if I use quick analysis it seems to work just fine. But since quick analysis didn't save anything it's impossible to track my emotions over time. This app could be absolutely amazing if only it worked consistently! I'd pay upwards of 20 usd if i could count on it.
