In some cases, symbolize=0 produces a module name + offset in the summary,
but with symbolize=1 we see "??:0 ??". I can no longer remember how to
reproduce this, so let's just be on the lookout for this issue.

Also, I think there's a separate problem with asan_symbolize.py where it
produces "??:0 ??" even in those cases where the built-in symbolizer
generates a properly symbolized summary.
