thank you to those who made it to meeting tonight. If you didn't and did not let us know you weren't coming please be sure to continue to communicate with amanda and i. We know the end of the year is getting close but we still have one huge event to put on so please be communicative this week!

With that said, PLEASE FILL OUT EVENT ATTENDANCE BY TOMORROW NIGHT!! we need final confirmation if you will be attending kid's day or not so that roles can be assigned.

also I talked to jeannie already, but b/c of the time change of the event, I will probably have to arrive to kid's day late ): since I had scheduled something that morning (to be able to make the 1-5 event /:)

since that's the case, I won't be able to pick up the subway sandwiches the morning of the event, sorry guys ):

but if you would like, I can make the smart & final run instead (since noone seems to be assigned to that yet), or costco/wal mart, whichever is easier.  I'll just need to drop everything off with someone who can drive it to the event on time.  sorry about that!

Hi everyone!

UCI Interns are planning out the annual summer car wash fundraiser and here are some basic logistics for the MEMO car wash that is happening on July 28, 2013 at the 7-Eleven on Magnolia.

I.Ticket Sale Requirement:

All members, especially 7Gers, are required to sell a minimum of 4 tickets each, at a suggested donation of $5.

If the members cannot make this requirement, they are suggested to do one of the following to make up for participation:

• Attend car wash for the entire day (9 am - 5 pm)

• Participate on the flyering event that will be held on July 27, from 12-2PM

• Try to gather donations

  
  

When handing out tickets, please record which members are responsible for what ticket numbers on the ticket tab of the Carwash Google Doc. (at the bottom of the email)

Also, tell members to email Vy Nguyen (vy...@uci.edu) or Catie Ly (ct...@uci.edu) whenever a ticket is sold with the ticket number. Members can turn in the money on Inventory Day, Training Day, or Car wash Day. (They can email Vy or Catie if they cannot make it to these dates, and accommodations can be made).

II. Supplies & Volunteering:

The sign up sheet will be sent to Non-profit the week after finals (June 17-21) so that they can send it out to everyone. This will include sign ups for Flyering Day (July 27th) as well as Car Wash.

A supply list will also be sent out in the same email in which members can sign up for what they can bring to the car wash as well.

III. Remind your 7Gers that clinic roles on the mission trip are based on participation throughout the year, so car wash may be the last opportunity to improve participation.
