     See you at the meeting 8PM tonight at mine and Jeannie's building. We will be using  conference room in the building (Can Jeannie confirm this?).

Here is tomorrow's agenda. We've made it very specific, so please be prepared to follow this agenda in covering updates and discussions for decision-making.

Hi Guys,

Johnson and I are having trouble choosing a TV taping date for this quarter. I know Vina and Tuan are willing to drive if the event is on Thursday. So can board take a look at these schedule and tell us which dates will board will be more willing to come.

Hopefully the invite-only issue will be fixed before tonight's mtg but we'll check on that tonight to make sure.

I can drive thursdays after 1 and any time on fridays.  As of now though, I'm for sure busy on the fridays of weeks 3, 7 & 8.

Sorry to bother you guys again, but which days will be best for you guys to drive to pick up boba/dimsum for this quarter if we are to have a dim sum sale WEEK 8.

I can pick boba/dimsum up Monday, Wednesday or Friday.

As for TV taping, my schedule doesn't fit for any of the filming except for the ones on the weekend, but even then it would depend on which weekend.

Also, do you guys mind either moving kids day closer to the end or maybe staying 15 mins after to talk about what needs to get done for the committees in the next week. 

The conference room is usually open but in the event it is not we can use my apt.

hey guys, due to banquet planning i will be doing a lot of driving back and forth to home for banquet purposes, so I am hoping that you guys use me as a last resort for driving (I will drive if no one else can, but don't prioritize me as your main driver) (Since my mcat is coming up as well, I hope that I can use as much time to focus on studying as much as possible) thanks for understanding! (if you do need me monday and fridays are best)
