Please email your respective orgs for Kids' Day according to Jeannie's timeline. Be sure to address the email as specifically as possible, attach the Kids' Day flyer, and optional: add a personal greeting (or message your friend/contact person separately). Notice that at the bottom of the template email, you sign your name and position in MEMO.

Helen (one of our member) also wants to volunteer but didn't sign up cause she heard from Kim that we might not be able to provide rides.

I might be able to give rides on Friday to and back from LA. If it's needed, though we would leave 4pm or earlier.

If our interested members have rides, I'll still go. I there isn't enough, I'm not going bc I definitely have the poster board to work on and all my craft supplies are here. Lol.

If 2 people can leave with Ngan or Tuan around 4 then there should be enough rides for everyone (b/c I believe Duyen & Trang only need rides 1 way right?)

this includes enough space for Kevin & Helen too! (but not enough space for Kim to go back to long beach LOL - if anything, you can take Amanda's space Kim)

I can provide rides to oc. Though not sure bout back. If I leave it will be at 4pm or earlier. It depends on when I end lab. Sometimes I end at 2pm. If rides are needed, pick up will be at young hall bus/shuttle area.

I don't know why, but the bracelet backing templates didn't show your fonts for me. I also made some edits to the info and made another one for Hope separately. I also converted it to pdf, so that it can be the same opened from anywhere..

Here is my version with the font. Are we not grouping Hope and Scholarship? There are only five bracelets: (1) Medical Clinics, (2) Hope/Scholarship, (3) Dental, (4) Heart, and (5) Hep B.

Here should be the final revised version. I merged the two designs (mine and Amanda's). I will be printing six tags of one program one page. Vina has reported to me that there is about 80 bracelets. I will print out 14 pages, so for a total of 70 pages. Sounds good?
