To create something like this you could use Tasker App Factory which can add entries to Memento. I've done something similar before.

Sir, I have never used Tasker App before. Can you tel me the procedure to do this ?  I have created this database form with these two buttons using an another Database App. There is a "Button Field" under "Remote Field" or "Layout Element Field" to create these Buttons in some Database App . But  I didn't find any option to do this in Memento Database Android app. Please tell me if there is any option  to create these Buttons in Memento.

Hallo

Hello
It is not possible to create buttons in Memento. But you can "Save" or "Cancel" the entry so that it is not saved. For additional scripts that can be executed, a freely selectable icon is displayed at the top.

I think the buttons might be in the Tasker interface to Memento, but I'm no expert in Tasker, so maybe someone can come up with an example of interfacing Tasker with Memento.

Tasker is an Android app.
If you do not need the user interface to work with desktop or Apple versions of Memento, and the interface is very important, Tasker might be a solution.

Tasker can create records in Memento, using Memento as a plug-in to Tasker. With Tasker you can create a user interface such as in the example from the original post.
There is an extension to Tasker (App Factory):
This allows creation of stand-alone Android apps, so that other people can use the user interface created in Tasker without having to install Tasker.
If you do not already code Android apps, learning Tasker is easier than learning to code Android apps, but less powerful.

Also, Vasiliy uses a thing called TestFlight from Apple, I think. TestFlight might be something else, though.

You could surf there and see; maybe it'll help. testflight.apple.com
