No reply from Support anymore

Hi, a couple of months age we had contacted support ( vasily ) and normally they replied within 2- 3 days. 

on 5th of april i have sent an email, about a bug. no reply, on 17th april again a reminder, 

no respons again.

Im getting a little bit worried. Is this just 1 person behind this ? no team? is he on vacation?

Is someone experiencing the same? it was about a bug in colorization field.

I am a patient person, but this is hindering our work now.
