Desktop version - Unable to see photos - java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused

Hi,

I've a problem with desktop version, I cannot see photos because of the following error:

 java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused

I can see the same photo pasting the URL in the Web browser (both IE and Chrome).

I've positively configured proxy because I'm working on corporate PC and the other functions run well, but also our IT has some difficulties to find what is wrong.

Somebody can help me?
