RESET PASSWORD BUT NOT ACCEPTED ON ANDROID

Hi,

I reset my password after which I can't enter and access my cloud storage online. It keeps giving me an error saying that the username and password are wrong when in reality they are correct. I uninstalled the app, cleared the app cache and then reinstalled the app but the problem still persists.
Any ideas please?

You should contact sup...@LuckyDroid.com, and tell them everything, including your version Pro, Free, or whatever, platform information, etc. Hopefully, they'll be able to help you right away.
