When try to download a library from the cloud, I keep getting the error, can't DL, your Memento database is out of date. Library was created on my Android device.

Das hört sich nach einem Beta Tester an . Die neue Testversion ( 4.12 ) ist mit der Offiziellen Version ( 4.11. ) nicht mehr Kompatibel .

That sounds like a beta tester. The new test version (4.12) is no longer compatible with the official version (4.11).
