Testing Team subscription: How to add existing Memento users

Hi all.

We've decided to give the Memento Cloud another whirl. And it seems from the get go we run into problems.

Do any of you have an idea how we can accounts to a Teams subscription that have been using Memento with a Pro license? It seems as if 'Teams' only works with bespoke user accounts.
