Function or command for accumulated balance

Hello!

Does anybody could help me how to create a fast function or know a command  for accumulated balance (the accumulated sum of a  field). Best woulñd be if before the accumulated sum the records would be ordered by datetime (not creation date time of the record)

The most straightforward answer for this is to go into Edit Library, tap the Aggregation tab, and add a sum function for the field you want to sum. 

Then go into the entries list, open the right-side menu, select sort, and identify your date-time field. 

That should do it. Your sum will be at the bottom. If you need more, there are other ways to do it, but they're more complicated.

If you use Mmm's template, create your new library and the go into the right-side menu and sort by date. Maybe also group by date. If you need finer precision, you might want to substitute aDateTime field for the Date field.

Верное дополнение. 

К сожалению, MDB при создании шаблона библиотеки не сохраняет исходную сортировку. 

В примере я использовал обратную сортировку по полю "date".

Are you talking about having a "running total" in each entry, or an overall total?
