Memento database \ Subsription rights

Hello,

Does Mememnto database Pro allows to set specific rights for different types of subscribers?

Example:

1. Readers - can see the library, search, filter and Rate every item where Rating is available.

2. Publishers - can see the library, search, filter, rate and publish items under own name, with own contacting details.

3. Admins - that can make particular publishers with their items visible / invisible.

Is there any ways to set up such features?
