Hi, I have lost about 500 images from my database.
I don't know what is the problem but it's not the first time .
I have the Pro version of Memento + the 5 Go option.

When I tru to reload the files, I have got an error message

When I copy the link of a lost image, I have this message :

Error: Server Error

The server encountered an error and could not complete your request.

Please try again in 30 seconds.

Someone can help me ?

Do you Share photos via Google Drive? If you change http to https, do you have access to photos?

Somewhere ... I do not remember where. I read that if the files with the http address do not work but if it changes to https and access them, it may mean that the files have been deleted in Google Drive but they are available for 30 days if the user would like to restore them

The only thing I heard of is that as you have a paid access to Google "Drive", if data are lost, they are (eventually) reactive to provide them to you again.

It did not happen to me but a friend who is Piano technician and have all his agenda on Google, told me he had data losses corrected after joining Google.

NO details, and I dont even know how he did to join them (with their public forum it is totally ineffective)

I will ask him, may be he did have a recovery somewhere , and I did not understand well but seem to me he told me they did something for him. He is a "pro" if that change something.

Regards

That said, Thomas, I never seen an HTTP address with my Google pics (shared or no)
