Hi all.
Not sure if it's just me, but when I want to share library templates that have the option "Include related libraries" ticked, I only get a "Server Error" message. Sharing libraries without linked libs works fine.
Has anyone else run into that problem? Or am I doing something wrong?
Cheers,
Tom

If the local device you're on has all the linked libraries currently downloaded and up to date at the time of your template upload, I don't see why this would be happening. Maybe you could grace us with the error message text?

Hallo

Hello
Try to make the order of uploading so that you start with the library WITHOUT a link. So that you only upload the library with the links when the libraries that are referenced have already been uploaded.

The error message is simply:

"Something wrong
Server error, try again later"

Nope, uploading sequence does not make a difference. Ends in the same nondescript error message "Something wrong. Server error, try again."

That kind of error usually means a "Server 5xx" error of some sort, which usually means some temporary availability failure that might go away if you wait a few minutes. But that's a lot of "usually"s. Who knows?

Actually, it would appear that the inclusion of any related table when exporting templates is broken. Just tried to export it locally with the "include related libraries" option ticked but none of the related libraries were exported. I'll email support about this.

What I've done on the mobile edition is to create a library named for the template you want, containing links to each of the libraries you want to include, and export that. That has been reliable for me.
