I am using PRO version for so many years , i wanted to transfer my app

to the new devise Samsung S24 , but my key is not visible . also memento license ky

app is not visible in play store.

Some body help me.

Ich vermute du meinst mit " Pro Version " die wo man einmalig was bezahlt und dann Funktionen freigeschaltet hat . Hast du schon ein Backup versucht . Installire eine Kostenlose Version auf den Neuen Handy und auf den Alten erstellst du ein Backpu . Diese kopierst du auf das Neue Handy in den Selben Ortner .Dann Wiederherstellen . Vieleicht werden die Berechtigungen auch wieder hergestellt .

I assume by "Pro Version" you mean the one where you pay once and then unlock features. Have you tried a backup? Install a free version on the new phone and create a backup on the old one. Copy this to the new phone in the same folder. Then restore. Maybe the permissions will be restored.

Или обратиться в поддержку (вероятно потребуется подтверждение приобретения PRO ключа).
Нужно понимать, что PRO ключ и PRO тариф - разные вещи...
