Android version of the app can group LIBRARIES in GROUPS. Can the windows desktop version do the same?

Hello

I seen that Android version of the app can group LIBRARIES in GROUPS.

Can the windows desktop version do the same?

It is a useful feature i used in Android and now that i am using the Windows version I would like to do the same.
