Image instability

Hi. I have had a lot of images disappear from the DB when accessed on mobile (Android 16). Memento updated on the mobile and now it looks like some older records saved the pictures in a location that it no longer has access to. The error is something like: IO_Error \storage\0\...\Pictures\... Permission Denied.

I understand that updates to Android can cause issues but as the images are still available when accessed on the PC Memento surely this issue can be fixed?

Anyway, I deleted all the broken image references, which removed the pictures from the PC Memento as well, to be expected, and I will simply go through all the work again. However, it does erode my trust in Memento and as it's a paid software can this be fixed so it doesn't happen again please.

The developer doesn't regularly read this forum. We're all just users.

I suspect you need to allow Memento access to your data in Android.
