Is there a way to enter Google Maps Co-ordinates manually? I am trying put together places I want to visit in the future based on travel articles.
Thanks,
VSD

At present I am using most current free version.

That works easily if I chose to accept current location. I would like enter co-ordinates like 37.753344,-122.387695 instead of searching in google maps on a small screen.  Strangely, Google maps inside Memento does not display search bar. Google Maps version 7.1.0(#7010008030).

Thanks,

VSD

Hi VS,

At present there is no search functionality within Google Maps. It has been suggested on the official Memento suggestions forum, here: http://memento.uservoice.com/forums/110673-general/suggestions/2477985-improve-data-entry-methods-for-map-co-ordinate-fie
You can vote up this suggestion giving it more prominence to the developer.

Alternatively, the way around this is manually, if you sync the database with Google Drive, you can search and manually copy/paste & populate the field, when you sync back, all the co-ordinates will convert to a plotted map in Memento.

I have a Google Sheet Column that has coordinates (eg: 34.231818, -77.826946) in the field.  However, when I sync the sheet, the coordinates just show as the two comma separated numbers instead of the google map showing the location for the coordinates. Any ideas?
