Pasting images

Hi

I tried searching first but couldn't find an answer.  Is it possible to paste an image from clipboard into an image field?

Specifically, I'm thinking of an image captured by the screen clipping tool in MS OneNote or a screenshot pasted into paint or similar, cropped then copied.

I'm just on the free package just now but hope to upgrade if I can sort this and a couple of other workflow issues.
