Memento private server

I saw in setting Memento Server with the options:

-Use Memento cloud server.

-Use Memento Private Server.

Are there any chance to use a private server?

I've sent a request to the contact platform of memento website, and they answered, with a link to download memento server a demo license and prices: server license $299/anual + $10/ anual for each user wich will receive pro for both android and desktop version. sup...@mementodatabase.com to contact it.

What consist of that license? I mean, they give you a service or some software to install in your own server. Do you know anything else?

According to Imaru's answer it is a software that you download and install on a computer that acts as a memento server.

Has anybody got any searches in the Linux community and see if anybody has started a new project to develop memento server? The Linux Community is famous for developing projects to support Android software especially database. The only catch will be is that you would have to run Linux on a computer or setup a virtual machine on one of your Windows machine.
