Desktop 1.3.0 Build #4867 Create Link to Entry field problem

When I create a Link to Entry field and try to select a library from the drop-down list, libraries that I have previously deleted still appears.  As I am trying out MementoDB features I ended up with a lot of libraries of the same name, even though all but one of them were deleted.  I tried "Refresh File List" but still have this problem.  Is this a bug or did I miss out steps to clean up the file list?

Deleted entries fall into the library Recycle Bin. You can empty the bin from the library entries list screen, for each library.

Deleted libraries fall into the Memento Recycle Bin. You can empty it from the libraries list screen.

Thanks.  Although I don't see the logic of making trashed libraries available...
