Error in multimedia fields information

I have a small Data Base with text and multimedia fields (Photos), installed in a Tablet. When I transfer the information to my PC using the Google Drive Synchronization, each name of the photo files has become as a link similar to:

"http://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-q-toATSlLLLVLzILEpaDKkvaZI8nbaHcEPZuRRThvXR0vWViVnZ2wgJrT4tJEbc8H4AKCKK3bM8qVlNfr3I7HfB1TFDvg"

But in the Google Dirve Folder, the Photo files as become as "2017-02-10 09.44.30.jpg" (P. eg.) and It is impossible to find the correct photo that correspond to each register
