Images opening in Windows Folder

I am using memento destkop 3.7.1

When i double click on pictures to open them, a folder in windows file explorer opens, in which i can find the pictures. It is NOT opening directly from memento ( some others are ) 

I dont want the pictures to open from explorer. 

I have tried deleting one of those pictures from the folder, it then became unavailable at destkop, but on mobile it was still there. AFter copy the entry, it was also available at destkop, opening it directly. 

Whats the issue here ?

Ich schätze mal das Memento die Daten ( Bild ) an das Betriebssystem übergibt und das Betriebssystem dann entscheidet mit welchen Programm die Daten geöffnet werden . Wenn du am PC ein solches Bild anklickst , mit was wird es geöffnet . Vieleicht musst du es nicht in Memento einstellen sondern in Windows .

I'm guessing that Memento passes the data (image) to the operating system, and the operating system then decides which program to open it with. When you click on such an image on your PC, what program opens it? Perhaps you don't need to configure this in Memento, but rather in Windows.
