Managing users

Hi!

I just upgrade memento to Team 5 user version.

Now I try to add 3 "old" user from free memento to the new version, but when I try to register a user I receive the error that this user already exists.

My question is how can add an "old" user to the new group of the Team?

Hi,

unfortunately it's not possible, I've had the same problem. The solution was to write to support and to ask them for adding the old users to the team "manually"
