Wrong message: "memento Pro license key does not match your user account"

Hi,
I have running Memento until now on two devices, phone and tablet.
Today I bought a new phone (Moto G), I downloaded from the Store Memento and the Pro Licence Key, already purchased.

But when I try to open Memento I get this message: "memento Pro license key does not match your user account". 
HOWEVER IT IS THE SAME ACCOUNT.

Please help and give me advice on what to do. Thanks.

I have the same problem:

Checking licenses

PRO license key does not match your Google account


I have sent message to support yesterday, but maybe they are very busy, as I still cannot use the Pro license key.


Does anyone know how to fix this, please?
