Cloud synchronization error with contact field

Hello, I use team version. When synchronizing CONTACT field with the different team members an error occurs when one of the members adds a contact (it is scheduled on the phone and in memory) and when synchronizing the other member does not have it in his contact list. This is where the error occurs. A member has the correct contact and when synchronizing, the member who has not scheduled in the contacts of the phone appears any contact (which takes him from his list of contacts).

Example:
1) Member 1: add in the contact field: name Jhon, tel 15466632 from your telephone contact list.
2) Mementodb is synchronized
3) Member 2 : by not having the contact in your list of contacts of the telephone any contact appears to you, for example: name Ana, tel 1544546

Is there a solution to this?
